NORTHERN ARIZONA WRANGLERS SIGN OFFENSIVE LINE COACH JORDAN MOSELY

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. — The Northern Arizona Wranglers have added a new member to their coaching staff ahead of the 2024 season, signing offensive line coach Jordan Mosely.

Jordan Mosely joins the Wranglers for his second year as a Professional Indoor Football League coach. In 2023, Mosely was an assistant offensive line coach & special teams coach for the Frisco Fighters. Mosely also helped the Fighters in the community relations department, as he helped schedule events and public appearances for the team to give back to the local community. Mosely worked under head coach Andre Coles as a transporter for community events and relations. Prior to coaching in Frisco, Mosely had a long-standing career as a player within the Indoor Football game.

Mosely's playing career as an offensive lineman began in 2013, when he spent time with the New York Giants and the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League. Mosely got involved with the indoor game for the first time in 2014, when he played for the Cedar Rapids Titans of the IFL. Mosely continued to play Indoor Football until his most recent two-year stint with the Duke City Gladiators in 2021 and 2022.

In 2015, Mosely was a member of the Nashville Venom of the IFL. During the 2016 season, Mosely spent his time overseas playing in the China Arena Football League, as this was the only professional Football League to ever get televised in China. In 2017, Mosely began the season with Wichita Falls Knighthawks, before being traded to the Arizona Rattlers. Mosely played for the Rattlers during the 2017 season, as the long-standing franchise nabbed their most recent United Bowl Title. Mosely was instrumental to the Cobras 2018 National Arena League Championship victory as well, winning back-to-back Championships in the IFL and NAL respectfully. Mosely was a team captain for the Cobras in 2018 during their Championship winning season. In 2019, Mosely played for the Cedar Rapids River Kings, and played in Mexico. Mosely last appeared on the field for the Duke City Gladiators from 2021 through the 2022 playoffs.

When asked what inspired Mosely to get into the coaching side of Indoor Football, he stated, "I wanted to continue to be fully involved in the game that I love in the most immediate fashion, and coaching is the best way to do that." Mosely expanded by adding, "I strive to teach the game at a high level to develop and help professional players get over the top and get better." Mosely knows what it is like to play offensive line in the IFL, and is less than two years removed from being an active player.

Coach Mosely said he is extremely excited and grateful for the opportunity to coach alongside the Wranglers elite coaching staff. When addressing the fans, Mosely stated, "I want to thank the organization and fans for welcoming me into the Wranglers family, and I am looking forward to providing my best effort possible to coach a Championship caliber offensive line." Mosely also stated that he wants to bring the community of Prescott Valley together to make a positive impact, beyond just the on-field product with the Wranglers.
